Equipment - You are welcome to use the equipment in the band shell (stands, chairs, percussion, sound system, flag). Please put everything back when you are done. The park ranger will unlock the band shell and turn on the lights. If you want a back-up key please let Brian know on Tuesday before your concert (599-7730)

Park Fee - If you provide a list of your musicians to the fee booth at the entrance to Eagle Point Park, they will be allowed in free. Just bring the list to the booth before the musicians arrive.

Programs - The TSWS will provide programs. Please e-mail your program material and list of participants to Karen Schloss by Monday before your concert and she'll take care of printing and delivery to the Park.

Rain Site - Westminster Church is the rain site, corner of Loras and University.  If you are going to use Westminster, please call Brian (599-7730) and Jean Cheever (556-2955) so theye can help you.
